Stephanie Hudson, Esq., is the Chief Legal Officer and co-founder at Yuvo Health, which provides administrative and managed-care contracting services to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), where she is responsible for the company’s legal affairs. With a career spanning nearly two decades, she is a health-law attorney with a wealth of experience providing transactional legal services to healthcare entities. In addition to her role at Yuvo Health, Stephanie serves as an adjunct professor of Health Law for American University.
Prior to Yuvo Health, Stephanie established a diverse legal foundation through her work at boutique health law firms, serving as in-house counsel for small and large health systems, and acting as counsel to various healthcare startups. Her experience enables her to understand the unique constraints, limitations, and opportunities attendant with operating within healthcare.
Stephanie received her Juris Doctor, as well as her Master of Laws in health law from Saint Louis University School of Law. She also holds an MA in international business from Webster University, as well as a BA in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Outside of the office, Stephanie and her family split their time between London and the U.S., and are avid travelers. She actively engages in anti-human trafficking work, volunteer efforts, and is pursuing her Diploma in Wine. Stephanie enjoys marathon running, reading, playing violin, and studying Mandarin Chinese.
